Remote support

Software support can be provided remotely by appointment, both on a computer and on a mobile device, through Rustdesk, which can be downloaded for Android directly from here.

Once the download is complete and Rustdesk is running on your device, send us your unique connection ID for the remote support session, but only after the services have started correctly.

The cost is €35 + VAT per half hour
